General terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of the items offered on the KAMIHANA website (www.kamihana.fr).
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these GTC.
2. Products
KAMIHANA offers unique, handmade items, carefully crafted.
Each piece of jewelry is presented with a description, photos, and price.
In accordance with micro-enterprise status, VAT is not applicable to sales made by KAMIHANA. The prices listed on the website are therefore net, inclusive of all taxes, in accordance with Article 293B of the General Tax Code.
3. Account Creation and Customer Area
Customers can create a My Secret Garden account to:
View My Secret Orders (order history and tracking).
Manage My Blooming List (favorite items).
Update their information in My Private Garden.
Access to the account facilitates shopping but is not required to place an order.
4. Ordering
To place an order, the customer selects one or more items and completes the payment on the website. The order is confirmed by email after payment is received.
5. Payment Methods
Orders can be paid for via:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners, CB, Discover, Electron, Maestro.
Mobile wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Banking information is never stored by the website.
6. Delivery
KAMIHANA ships only to the following areas:
Mainland France and Overseas Territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Lands.
European Union: Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg.
Available shipping methods
Colissimo: Home delivery with tracking.
Mondial Relay: Home delivery, pickup point, or lockers.
Relais Colis: Pickup point.
Estimated delivery times
Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery method.
Overseas territories: 6 to 18 business days depending on the delivery method.
European Union: 3 to 5 business days depending on the country and delivery method.
7. Returns and store credit
Returns result in store credit that can be used on the website.
No cash refunds are offered.
The credit is issued via a unique promotional code valid for 12 months.

8. Availability
Items are available while supplies last. In the event of a stockout, KAMIHANA will contact the customer and offer a refund or a credit.
9. Liability
KAMIHANA is committed to providing quality products and accurate information on the website.
KAMIHANA cannot be held liable for:
Typographical errors
Delivery delays beyond the website’s control
Improper use of the jewelry
