All prices are listed in euros (€).

Orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 7 business days before shipment, depending on order volume and the nature of the items.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are specified before the order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
After shipment, the estimated delivery times, provided for informational purposes only, are as follows:
Colissimo (La Poste):
In mainland France: approximately 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
In overseas territories: generally 6 to 18 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.
Relais Coli:
In mainland France: delivery to a pickup point generally estimated at 2 to 4 business days from the time the package is picked up by the carrier.
Mondial Relay:
In mainland France: delivery to your home, a pickup point, or a locker estimated at 3 to 5 business days from the time the package is picked up by the carrier.
To European Union countries: when this service is available, delivery times are generally around 3 to 5 business days after shipment (depending on the destination and local conditions).
These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the time of year (holidays, peak periods), weather conditions, or other factors beyond KAMIHANA’s control.
Please note: The pickup window for packages via Mondial Relay is now a maximum of 5 calendar days (including Sundays and holidays), compared to 9 calendar days for Relais Colis (including Sundays and holidays).
Delivery to mainland France
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days before shipment.
Delivery times after shipment are approximate and may vary depending on the selected carrier (e.g., home delivery or pickup at a pickup point).
Delivery within the European Union
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days before shipment.
Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.
These times are provided for informational purposes only.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
weight
destination
the selected shipping method.
The total shipping cost is displayed before the order is finalized.
Unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses
If a package is returned for any of the following reasons:
failure to claim the package at a pickup location;
incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;
the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
The initial shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Loss or Damage to the Package
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure optimal protection during shipping.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for it.
In the event of loss or damage to the package, a claim must be filed with the carrier in question.
KAMIHANA may assist the customer with the process when possible, but cannot be held liable for incidents attributable to the carrier.
Packaging
As part of its commitment to sustainability, KAMIHANA prioritizes:
packaging reduced to the bare minimum;
recyclable or recycled materials whenever possible;
the absence of excess packaging.
After-Sales Service - Repairs
KAMIHANA offers a free repair service for damaged jewelry, subject to feasibility.
Requests must be submitted via the dedicated form available on the website: https://www.kamihana.fr/care-notes
Shipping and return costs for the jewelry are the customer’s responsibility.
This service applies only to KAMIHANA jewelry.
