Return policy
KAMI HANA creations are produced in small batches or made-to-order, using artisanal and sustainable methods. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Period
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item, provided that the conditions set forth below are met.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
KAMI HANA does not offer monetary refunds.
Upon receipt and approval of the return, a store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued.
This store credit:
is valid for 12 months,
can be used throughout the www.kamihana.fr website,
is neither refundable nor divisible.
3. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted, the returned item must:
be in the same condition as when received,
not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged,
be returned in its original packaging,
be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number),
not have been purchased as part of a promotion, private sale, or clearance sale.
Any item that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.
4. Products Excluded from the Right of Return
No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
customized or made-to-order items, even if created at the customer’s specific request,
items that were subject to a specific request (adjustment, modification, or special choice confirmed prior to production),
items damaged after receipt or showing signs of use.
Even in the absence of a dedicated page for custom-made items, any creation made at the customer’s request is considered personalized.
5. Specifics regarding handcrafted creations
KAMI HANA creations incorporate handcrafted and natural elements.
As such:
slight variations in color, shape, or texture may exist from one product to another,
certain flowers or materials may naturally change over time.
These variations are an integral part of the creations’ identity and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
6. Return Procedure
All return requests must be submitted before the return package is shipped.

Please include:
your name,
your order number,
the reason for the return.
Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
7. Responsibility for Returns
KAMI HANA cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of returned packages.
In the event of a lost return package, no compensation or credit will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the chosen carrier.
8. Order Cancellation
An order may be canceled only if it has not yet been shipped.
All cancellation requests must be sent to:

9. Exchanges
KAMI HANA does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you must:
return the item in accordance with this policy,
use the store credit issued to place a new order.
10. Acceptance of the Policy
Confirming an order on the website www.kamihana.fr constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this returns and exchanges policy.
