The Odori hairpin is inspired by kanzashi, the hair ornaments worn by geishas. Its name means “dance” in Japanese, evoking the fluidity of traditional movements and the swaying of the dangling chains that accompany every step.
Designed and handcrafted in France.
Flower n°022 - Odori Hairpin
Kanzashi-style hairpin featuring a stainless steel pin and a removable flower adorned with multiple pendants.
The flower is designed as a standalone piece of jewelry that slides onto the pin and screws into place, allowing each element to be disassembled and preserved.
Chains and links made of silver-plated stainless steel.
- Translucent white Dendrobium phalaenopsis orchid, with a slight green tint.
- Natural flower dried and preserved in a transparent, durable UV resin that is safe for the skin.
- Flower diameter: approximately 3.5 cm.
- In the center of the flower: a through-piercing made of stainless steel, allowing it to be attached to the bar.
- On two opposite petals: Pendant 1 : a fine chain ending in a flat, marbled pearl in shades of green. Pendant 2 : a round, translucent green crystal pearl, followed by a flat, marbled pearl in shades of green.
- Below the flower : a central ornament consisting of a round translucent green crystal bead, extended by three asymmetrical chains, each ending with a flat marbled bead in shades of green.
Note : Slight color variations may occur over time, a natural phenomenon specific to UV resin :
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.
- Store away from direct light and humidity.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth.
